Community terms.

Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, dox, scam, or deliberately evade a safety restriction. Do not share another person's private details without permission. Use block, mute, and report tools for safety concerns. LookPen may restrict, remove, or suspend accounts when needed to protect people or enforce these rules.

You are responsible for what you upload

Only upload edits, video, audio, images, and other material you created or are allowed to use and share. For public sound uploads, you confirm that you own the track or have permission and the necessary rights. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing material. You keep ownership of your work and give LookPen the limited permission needed to host, process, display, and distribute the content according to the features you choose.

Public posts, messages and reliability

Public content can be viewed and reshared by other people. Messages should be used respectfully. Features may change or become temporarily unavailable as LookPen is improved; do not rely on this early-stage service as the only copy of important files or messages. Paid promotion, creator earnings, or other commercial features are only available when explicitly presented as live and their terms are supplied.

For a safety concern, bug report, copyright issue, creator proposal, or account request, contact the developer. We may ask for relevant details to investigate and verify ownership.
